Clean up your dog poop!
This is to all the dog owners who walk their dogs at Kilcona Park (or anywhere else for that matter). Kilcona Park has on off-leash section which is great for dogs. I have taken my dog there myself. However, I was disgusted recently when I went to play baseball at the amount of feces all over the park. The park is not made for those of you too irresponsible to clean up after your dog. Off leash does not mean "public dumping grounds" (pun intended). In addition, there is no reason I should be avoiding your dog's business in the baseball field, as it is clearly marked that all dogs are to be kept on a leash north of the parking lot. Every time we play ball there, we have to stop the game for a dog roaming through, which is not safe for the participants or the dog. Dog owners of North Winnipeg, clean up your act.
