Telus acquires Toronto firm Digital WYZDOM, a digital forensics company
TORONTO - Telus Corp. (TSX:T) says it's acquiring Digital WYZDOM, a leading digital forensics company.
Vancouver-based Telus says Digital WYZDOM will add to its capabilities to help customers identify security risks and respond to security breaches.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Digital WYZDOM specializes in such areas as digital forensics, network security, intellectual property and fraud advisory services to organizations and legal counsels across Canada.
Its staff includes former investigators from the RCMP and other police departments.
