Still no winner for $50 million Lotto Max jackpot, but Manitoba has a $1 million winner

TORONTO - For the fourth straight draw, no one has the winning ticket for the $50-million Lotto Max jackpot. But someone in Manitoba did win $1 million.

Fifty MaxMillions prizes of $1-million each were up for grabs in Friday night’s draw, and there are winning tickets for 24 of them, including one in Manitoba.

Nine winning tickets were sold in western Canada, six in Ontario, four in Quebec, and one was sold in Atlantic Canada.

The remaining nine MaxMillions prizes will be shared among ticketholders in western Canada.

The jackpot for the next Lotto Max draw Nov. 2 remains at $50-million, and there will again be 50 MaxMillions prizes up for grabs.
