Led by House of Commons executive chef Judson Simpson, who is also team manager, the participating chefs won in both the hot and cold food categories, earning them a fourth place standing among the 12 teams in the competition.
"The competition was a true testament of the team's ability to measure up against some of the best chefs in the world," explains Simpson.
The team includes Simpson, Shawn Whalen and Lesia Burlak, Toronto; James Olberg and Ben Pernosky, Vancouver; Christophe Luzeux, Halifax; Cameron Tait, Winnipeg; Jean-Luc Piquemal, Val Belair, Que; Yves Petit, Montreal; Steve Evetts and Jian Bin Zhao, New York.
