Three men stabbed after argument

Three men were stabbed last night in a home in the 500 block of Manitoba Avenue.

Winnipeg police said an argument between a man and four other men in front of the home at 9 p.m. sparked the assault.

The four men entered the house and three men were physically assaulted and stabbed by the suspects.

The three victims, 19, 24 and 26 years old, were taken to hospital. One was treated and released, but the other two are still in hospital in stable condition.

Police continue to investigate the incident as well as another stabbing that happened Saturday around midnight when a 24-year-old man was assaulted and stabbed.

He was fighting with two other men in the 600 block of Balmoral Street when he was stabbed in the upper body.

He was taken to hospital in critical condition but has been upgraded to stable condition.
