Movies inspire lamps, stained glass

  • Print

If you have a Star Wars' fan in the house, young or old, then you know that the Force has invaded our homes in more ways than DVDs and Lego sets.

Items such as bedding, accents and wall decals infused with the likes of Darth Vader and Boba Fett can be had, but now, so can Tiffany-style lamps.

U.S.-based artisan Michael McLane has adapted Star Wars to the art of stained glass to create lamps and lit wall panels.

He also caters to Avengers fans with his Iron Man helmet lamp and Captain America shield. His work is sold through etsy.com
