Newspaper in Education Order Form - Terms & Conditions

I agree to the following terms/conditions (please indicate this by checking off the box on the preceding order form page):

1. Please keep your account number on hand. This is the easiest and most efficient way of processing and keeping your account in order.
2. You must give 3 weeks notice for any additional stops or starts of the program. You can do this by contacting us here.
3. The newspapers received from the Winnipeg Free Press must only be used for classroom purposes.
4. Audit (Affident) forms must be faxed in and signed at the end of each quarter. Please click on the link on the right to download.
