Shhh Santa
THERE'S still time to schedule an autistic child for a photo with Santa. Autism Manitoba and the Polo Park Shopping Centre have joined together to hold the city's first Sensitive Santa photo shoot. The mall has agreed to open its doors early on Dec. 4 for families whose autistic children wouldn't be able to handle the normal crowds, music, bell ringers and loud Santa. The event is free, but it is mandatory to pre-register by Nov. 27. Photo packages can be purchased from the photographer. Time slots begin at 9 a.m. and go to noon. For more information, call 783-9563 or email info@autismmanitoba.com

Money raised goes to help children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism.
