25th Reel Pride film festival opens Tuesday

One of the oldest GLBTTQ (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transsexual, Transgendered, Queer) film festivals in North America starts Tuesday evening in Winnipeg, with a free kickoff party at the Gas Station Art Centre.

The 25th Reel Pride film festival continues through until Sunday.

The festival includes a world premiere — Route of Acceptance will be shown to an audience for the first time (anywhere) during Reel Pride. Director Heather Tobin will there.

A full program is available at www.reelpride.org or on the festival’s Facebook page
