Based on a true story, this hilarious and heartfelt musical tells the story of one divorcee's path to self-discovery and one heck of a wedding. Celebrate Asian Heritage Month at The Forks' Asian Canadian Festival. This annual event features an eclectic range of Asian cultural demonstrations, such as Asian cooking, traditional dance, martial arts and tai chi. The event runs from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at various locations throughout The Forks, with a special drumming festival being held at 7 p.m. Admission to all events is free. The Winnipeg Art Gallery has held over its popular exhibit American Chronicles: The Art of Norman Rockwell until May 27. This exhibition features paintings, photographs, and archival material spanning the iconic painter's nearly seven-decade career.
