About 700 people rallied — and imbibed — on the legislature grounds in Winnipeg Monday at 4:20 p.m. to call for the legalization of marijuana and improved access for medical use of the drug. Rally participant “Seif” (above) enjoys a toke. April 20, known as 4/20, has become an annual day of activism and appreciation for cannabis culture.
