Angel Squad makes annual appearance

If you are driving over the Maryland Bridge and you see a gathering of angels, don't worry, your number isn't up yet.
It's the Misericordia Health Centre Foundation's Angel Squad making their annual appearance to collect drive-by donations and spread the holiday spirit.
Members of the "Angel Squad" will appear on the Maryland Bridge near the Misericordia's Sherbrook Street entrance today through Thursday from 7:30-9 a.m. dressed in gowns, wings and halos.
The goal is to raise money to help fund artistic life-enrichment programs for residents such as artists at the bedside, music therapy with iPods and a residents' choir.
