The reopening of the Arlington Street bridge has been delayed for another week.
City officials said this morning that the overpass will reopen to vehicular traffic Sept. 9 at 6 a.m.
The bridge, which spans the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks, closed to traffic July 15 and was originally scheduled to be reopen August 31.
Repairs on the 102-year-old bridge involve the deck overlay, structural steel repairs and maintenance.
The east-side sidewalk continues to be open to pedestrian traffic.
