The Edmonton man charged in Monday night’s fatal collision in Headingley will stay in custody for another day.

A bail application for Randolf Enns, 33, was cancelled this morning, for a second time this week.

Enns is now scheduled to appear in court Friday morning.

Enns is charged with dangerous driving causing death and resisting police following the collision Monday night that killed Derek Bossuyt, 21, of Winnipeg.

Enns was taken into custody after the westbound semi-trailer he was driving crossed the centre line and struck the pick-up driven by Bossuyt.

Bail hearings set for Wednesday and Thursday morning were cancelled.
