A 15-year-old boy has been taken to hospital with undetermined injuries after being hit by a pickup truck in Oakbank.
RCMP said that just before 8:30 p.m. on Friday, they responded to a single vehicle and pedestrian crash. The Springfield fire department and EMS services and the RCMP forensic collision reconstructionist also attended to the scene.
Early investigations found that a 2004 Chevrolet truck hit the 15-year-old pedestrian at a controlled intersection. The young boy has been taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.
More information will be released as the RCMP continues to investigate the collision.
