Bright, sunny day in store

Get out the sunblock --- Environment Canada says we’ll hit a high of 18 C today, with a UV index of six on a sunny, sunny day.

It should go down to four overnight, with a high of 15 tomorrow and a 40 per cent chance of --- brace yourself --- showers.

Double digits are in store all week, says Environment Canada, ranging from 17 Monday to 22 Tuesday, right through to 18 Friday, with showers forecast only on Tuesday.
