Cold weather continued to plague mail delivery today, leaving 12,000 Winnipeg homes without delivery.
Canada Post says that normal delivery should resume Wednesday, and that anyone who did not get delivery Monday should have been caught up today.
"Our employees on the street are coping with the extreme cold and doing their best to deliver," said John Caines of Canada Post’s national media relations.
