With the opening a month away, the Canadian Museum for Human Rights is getting a stamp.
Canada Post will introduce a new stamp celebrating the unveiling of Canada’s newest national museum on Wednesday.
The ceremony takes place on the Esplanade Riel pedestrian bridge on Provencher Boulevard at 11 a.m.
Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, and CMHR president and CEO Stuart Murray will be on hand for the announcement.
The museum is scheduled to open its doors to the public Sept. 20.
