Chilly morning, but plenty of sunshine headed our way

Wrap your scarf around your face to begin yet another day as a wind chill of -32 will frost your face this morning.

The temperature at 7 a.m. was -22 C, but it's bound to warm up. It will be a sunny day and the mercury will rise to a high of -9 C later today.

Tonight, there will be clear skies with a low of -20 C. On Friday, it will be mainly sunny with a high of -6 C.

On the weekend, you can look forward to lots of sun and a bit warmer temperatures. A high of -4 C and low of -10 C are expected Saturday, while Environment Canada says Sunday will feature a high of -4 C.
