Cloud cover, snow in short-term forecast

There won't be a whole lot of sunshine for the next 48 hours.

Environment Canada is calling for a mainly cloudy day and a high of -5 C. Tonight, there's a 6- per cent of flurries and a low of -9 C.

Flurries will end Tuesday afternoon, and the high is - 7 C.

The sunshine returns Wednesday, and the daytime high is expected to be about -5 C. Things warm up a bit Thursday, with a high of -2 C under mostly sunny skies.
