Today it’s going to be sunny and the thermometer will creep up closer to 0 C.
But, this morning in Winnipeg, it’s downright cold. At 7 a.m. in Winnipeg, it was -17.5 C, but a biting wind from the west made it feel like – 24.
The day should warm up to a high of -3 C, Environment Canada says. An overnight low of –16 C is expected. On Wednesday, -2 C is the forecast high, and temperatures are expected to rise above 0 C on Thursday and one degree above normal on Friday. The normal high for this time of year in Winnipeg is 3 C.
