Winnipeg Police have released the name of the man who was killed in a fight outside a North End apartment complex early Friday morning.
Phillepp Rick George Amos, 25, died as the result of stab wounds and blunt force trauma following a fight with another man near the area of Robinson Street and Flora Avenue.
A 38-year-old man was also injured in the altercation. He was transported to hospital in stable condition.
The incident occurred at approximately 4 a.m. Friday.
Police say the homicide investigation is still underway.
