Culvert collapse on Dugald Road forces closure

A collapsed culvert at Dugald Road and Symington Road in Transcona has forced the city to reroute all eastbound and westbound traffic.

Traffic on Dugald Road is being rerouted at Ravenhurt Street to the east and Plessis Road to the west, the city said in a statement. Repairs to the culvert should be complete by Friday evening, the city adds.
