Winnipeg Free Press - ONLINE EDITION

Day starts off with a wind chill of -30

There’s a wind chill of -30 this morning, and it’s only -23C as you get up, but take heart, it will soar to -18C later today.

So promises Environment Canada.

A little snow Wednesday and a high of -12C, and after dropping back down to a high of -17C Thursday, the federal weather agency says we’ll have --- wait for it --- single digit highs!

Rejoice at -6C Friday, -8C Saturday, -9C Sunday, and -7C Monday, all with a bright orange ball glowing in the sky, and nary a hint of falling snow.
