Dog Whisperer returning to Winnipeg

WINNIPEG -- Winnipeg is geting a visit from the Dog Whisperer again.
TV celebrity and master of canine-human behaviour Cesar Millan is returning to the city on Nov. 18 at the MTS Centre as part of a Trust Your Instincts tour in Canada.
His hit series, Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan, is watched regularly by millions of viewers in North America.
