Driver hospitalized after car and dump truck collide

A Honda Civic and tandem dump truck collided head-on this morning on Garven Road.

The Honda driver was taken to hospital for undetermined, non-life threatening injuries.

RCMP said the collision happened just after 9 a.m. on Garven Road  between PR 206 and PR 207.

After the collision the 2010 Honda Civic went into a spin, resulting in further damage to the car, RCMP said.

The driver of the gravel truck was not injured.
