E.B. Provencher at Des Meurons to be closed for work on railway crossing project

A busy St. Boniface thoroughfare will be shut down for maintenance this weekend.

Eastbound Provencher Boulevard at Des Meurons Street will be completely closed to traffic starting on Friday, Sept. 5 at 7 p.m. for work on the CN Railway crossing construction project.

The route is expected to re-open on Monday, Sept. 8 at 6 a.m.

The city is asking motorists to allow for additional travel time and use alternate routes to in the area.
