Fake carpet cleaner fails to get into Winkler-area home
Morden RCMP are looking for a suspicious man who tried to gain entry to a house by claiming he was a carpet cleaner.
A man visited a residence north of Winkler on Saturday and claimed he was there to clean the carpet but did not have any identification. He quickly left when he saw a male in the residence.
The suspicious man is described as Caucasian, in his 40s, five-foot-eight, with light brown balding hair and glasses.
