Fall back and enjoy another hour of sleep Sunday

If you were to ask most Winnipeggers -- the adults, anyway -- what they plan to do with the extra hour they'll get this weekend when Daylight Savings ends, you'd get one answer - sleep.

(The children, of course, will be up extra early wanting to jump on the bed, have pancakes made for them and watch television with the volume on 11.)

Before you go to bed on Saturday, set your clocks back one hour. Officially, the time change is made at 2 a.m. on Sunday morning.
