Fifth person charged in teen's beating death

Eighteen-year-old Colin Ray Monkman has been charged with manslaughter in the beating death of 16-year-old Paris Bruce who was found on Aberdeen Avenue Sept. 4, police said today.

Monkman is the fifth man charged with manslaughter in the death.

Monkman was found and arrested Wednesday afternoon.

The investigation is continuing by members of the homicide unit.
