Fire destroys workshop near school

A fire that broke out in a workshop near West St. Paul Elementary School Tuesday is not believed to be suspicious, say RCMP who are investigating the blaze.

There were no injuries in the fire, which was spotted shortly after 5 p.m. from Hiawatha Avenue when smoke and flames were seen coming from the structure.

The workshop was engulfed in flames by the time fire crews reached it a short time later.
