Garbage, recycling pickup behind, but crews working Saturday
Garbage and recycling crews will be working on the weekend to catch up with this week's collection.
City of Winnipeg officials said collection crews will be working Saturday to catch up on delays from this week's extreme cold and blowing snow.
Residents whose garbage and recycling is normally picked up on Friday should leave their carts out if they have not been emptied, officials said.
