Today is the day to get outside and play.

The temperature in Winnipeg is forecast to hit -2 C Sunday with a 30 per cent chance of flurries, according to Environment Canada. It could be a breezy, though, with winds gusting up to 50 km/h. A light dusting of snow will fall on the city after the sun goes down.

It will stay relatively warm all week. On Monday, the high is only forecast to hit -9 C, but things look good Tuesday and Wednesday with a high of –4 C expected both days.
