There is still no sign of a 13-year-old girl who hasn’t been seen since early December.
RCMP say Nicki Catheline Roulette was last seen on Parkside Drive in East St. Paul on Dec. 10, and efforts to locate her have been unsuccessful.
Family and police are concerned for Roulette's safety and well-being. She is considered an at-risk youth.
Roulette is described as 5'2", 111 lbs., with a slender build. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call the East St. Paul RCMP at 204-667-6519 of a local police agency.
