  • Print

It’s a good day to be a duck.

Expect things to be a little wet, as the forecast from Environment Canada calls for rain, rain, and more rain today. The showers should start this morning, with steady rains and a risk of a thunderstorm expected this afternoon. Amounts will be in the 15 millimetre range.

Today’s high is 18 C.

The precipitation should leave the Winnipeg area by midnight. Tonight’s low is 9 C.

Friday, expect a mix of sun and cloud and a 60 per cent chance of showers in the afternoon. The skies should start to clear up late in the evening. The high is predicted to be18 C.

Right now, the forecast for the weekend looks pretty good. Sunshine and highs around the 23 C mark are expected for Saturday and Sunday.
