Canada's former top soldier is in Winnipeg for the May 23rd EmPOWER Lunch hosted by Junior Achievement Manitoba at the Radisson Hotel Winnipeg.

Hillier joined Free Press reporter Geoff Kirbyson for a discussion about the state of Canada's military and his work with Junior Achievement.
