Holy heat wave, Batman.
With apologies to Robin from the classic Batman TV series, Environment Canada tells us there's going to be some scorchers over the next few days.
Things will get started today with a high of 29 C that will feel like 34 C with the humidity added in.
All that heat and humidity will bring a 60 percent chance of showers on Friday in the late afternoon and evening along with winds in the afternoon gusting up to 60 km/h. Friday's high will be 29 C but will feel like 37 C.
The heat and humidity will continue through the weekend with a high of 26 C on Saturday and a high of 29 C on Sunday. There is a chance of a shower Sunday.
Take care and stay hydrated as The Weather Network says the temperature Sunday will feel like 41 C.
Highs on Monday and Tuesday at this point are forecast to be 33 C both days.
