House fire on Redwood being investigated

Members of the arson strike force are investigating a suspicious fire at a house in the 500 block of Redwood Avenue Wednesday evening.

Damage was estimated at $135,000, and there were no serious injuries, police said today.

The investigation is continuing by members of the Arson Strike Force. Anyone with information regarding this matter is asked to contact investigators at 204 986-6813 or Crime Stoppers at 204 786-TIPS (8477).
