Man, 44, faces drug charges

A 44-year-old man faces several drug and weapons charges after police discovered a marijuana grow operation at a home in the 500 block of Magnus Avenue Friday.

Police executed a warrant at the home where they said they seized 112 marijuana plants, 258 grams of dry marijuana, 70 grams of cannabis resin, grow-operation equipment, a loaded rifle and clip as well as more than 100 rounds of ammunition

The accused was charged and released on promise to appear.
