Man faces charges of pointing a firearm after three threatened
A 44-year-old man is custody facing a variety of weapon charges after three people were threatened early Sunday morning.
A man armed with a gun went to the first 100-block of Isabel Street just before 1 a.m., where he confronted a 52-year-old man and got into an argument with him, police said.
A man and woman who were nearby attempted to intervene. The man threatened the three people and then fled the area.
A suspect was found in the area.
Herminio Managoang Estipular, 44, has been charged with three counts of pointing a firearm, three counts of assault with a weapon, possessing a dangerous weapon, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
Estipular is being held in custody.
