Man in critical condition after Long Plain shooting

A Long Plain First Nation man is in hospital in critical condition after sustaining a gunshot wound early Saturday morning.

Portage la Prairie RCMP were called to the First Nation at about 1:30 a.m., RCMP Cpl. Miles Hiebert said in a statement.

The RCMP are investigating the incident.
