Environment Canada is calling for the white stuff today, with a 60 per cent chance of flurries starting late this afternoon. Those flurries will continue into the evening and through the night.
Today’s high is expected to be -7 C. The low will be -11 C.
The changing temperatures continue to wreak havoc on city infrastructure. Another water main break occured this morning in the North End, with flooding in both lanes of Salter Street near Pritchard Avenue.
A city crew is on the scene fixing the problem.
Periods of light snow are forecast for Thursday morning before things start to clear up in the afternoon.
Sunny skies and colder temperatures are expected for Friday through the weekend, with daytime highs between -14 C and -17 C.
