Crews make repairs to watermain break

A watermain break downtown early this morning that brought traffic to a halt on Bannatyne Avenue has been brought under control, a City of Winnipeg spokeswoman said.
The break occurred between Dagmar and Ellen streets and had flooded the area with water about 10-15 centimetres deep before city crews started working on it.
