Missing teen safely located

Kachina Colleen Desjarlais, 16, has been safely located, Winnipeg police said this morning.

Police Wednesday had asked  for the public’s help in locating Desjarlais who had last been seen Jan. 20 at about 11 a.m. in the North End.
