Arborg RCMP are requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing female youth, 14-year-old Jasmine Owens.

Owens is described as 5'4 in height and 125 lbs. She has black shoulder length hair and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and a wool toque.

Jasmine Owens was last seen on April 4 in Winnipeg at the Garden City Shopping Centre in Winnipeg.

Due to her age, Owens is considered to be an at-risk youth.
