The northern stretch of Plessis Road will be off-limits to traffic this weekend.
A railway reconstruction project will force the closure of Plessis between Gunn Road and Grassie Boulevard starting at 6 p.m. this evening. The shutdown is scheduled to last throughout the weekend, with Plessis expected to re-open Monday morning (6 a.m.).
Both northbound and southbound traffic will be closed off.
Motorists are reminded to allow additional travel time and to use alternate routes in the area to get to their destination.
