Officer loses ammo

Police are asking the public’s help to find a lost ammunition clip in the downtown area.

Const. Jason Michalyshen said on Saturday night, "during the course of an officer’s duties, a magazine clip containing ammunition became dislodged while in the downtown area of Winnipeg. The plastic magazine clip is black in colour and contains 15 rounds of ammunition.

"Efforts are continuing to locate the magazine," said Michalyshen. "If anyone locates the magazine, and or ammunition, it can be turned into any police station or call 204-986-6222."
