'Operation Walk': Winnipeg doctors changing lives in Nicaragua

A team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and other staff from Concordia Hospital travelled to Nicaragua this fall to conduct an Operation Walk mission this fall. They performed 49 knee replacements on 39 patients in four days.

Winnipeg Free Press photojournalist Phil Hossack travelled with them to chronicle the project.
