Rain has forced the organizers of Pakistan Day celebrations in Winnipeg to move the festivities indoors. The event planned for Crescent Park this afternoon has been moved to the Grand Mosque on Waverley Street. The
Association of Pakistani Canadians of Manitoba says the event at 2 p.m. celebrates diversity and cultural traditions with a food bazaar, crafts and family activities. The public is welcome to join the Pakistan Day celebration that runs until 5 p.m.
