Man found in West End bus shelter declared dead

A man found in a West End bus shelter early Tuesday morning has died, police said.

The adult male was found unresponsive inside a bus shelter at Maryland Street and Sargent Avenue, a police spokeswoman said this morning.

Emergency crews responded to the incident at approximately 5:30 a.m.

Police tape was up around the shelter early Tuesday as the investigation continued.
